We are committed to developing our youth and preparing them to excel at the next level. We believe in training hard and smart pursuing academic and athletic excellence.
The main goal is to build a foundation of strength, stamina and confidence that will enable our athleties to maximize their potential. Introduce exercises and techniques that will improve and develop running form, technique and max velocity. Using the challenges of this sport our athletes will encounter and overcome to develop critical skills to be productive and successful members of society.
Our athletes will train in groups based on event disciplines and the focus will be on developing technical, physical and mental skills needed to improve athletic performance. Our program includes not only event specific training but strength and conditioning components as well.
